HDR, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist I to help staff effectively use computing resources and to address business needs with technology.

You will diagnose hardware and software issues, provide advanced troubleshooting, and support enterprise applications on-site. The role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of one year in technical PC/network/server support in a 24/7 environment with shifts 6:00 AM–6:00 PM and on-call flexibility.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree in CS/MIS or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of technical support experience for PCs, networks and servers.
• Excellent PC knowledge and peripherals.
• Experience in systems operations and maintenance.
• On-site role with 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM shifts; on-call flexibility.

Aufgaben

• Apply technology to address business needs and constraints.
• Assist staff to achieve efficient and effective use of computing technology and maximize utilization of computer resources.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting on complicated IT issues.
• Provide desk side training upon request for enterprise applications.
• Assist the IT Support team with inventory management of desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware assets.
• Understand client business needs and match them to technology solutions.
