HDR is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Tampa, FL to maintain computing resources and provide expert user support. The role emphasizes strong customer service, troubleshooting hardware and software, and participating in enterprise IT projects.

On-site position requiring a valid US driver’s license and the ability to support 24/7 operations through on-call coverage. You will work with Systems Administrators and provide desk-side training across enterprise applications.
