Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field (IT, CS, Engineering).
At least two years of hands-on IT support experience resolving technical issues and maintaining IT infrastructure.
Proficiency with Windows operating systems and basic macOS familiarity.
Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and familiarity with routers/switches.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and ability to work independently or in a team.
Certifications such as A+, Network+, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
