Pliancy Inc. seeks an IT Support professional in Austin to deliver hands-on end-user support, equipment setup, and technical troubleshooting for client sites and the home office.

You’ll join a collaborative team that values people, learning, and delivering exceptional service in fast-paced environments. The role emphasizes building relationships with clients and colleagues, documenting processes, and enabling efficient IT operations across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of general IT support experience.
• MacOS and Windows desktop experience.
• MDM experience with Intune (Addigy a plus).
• Active Directory/Azure AD knowledge.
• Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Cloud basics (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Networking fundamentals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to document processes and assets.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of forward-thinking technology in rapid-growth environments.
• Develop cutting-edge solutions to business problems leveraging technology.
• Provide high-touch support to executives, EAs, and staff.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day technical issues and assist with daily requests.
• Create new users, configure laptops, and set up desks/workstations.
• Train users on tools and technologies to meet business needs.
• Document assets, configurations, passwords, processes for records.
• Assist with office moves, upgrades, and AV deployments.
