Job summary

Akri USA in Cerritos, CA is seeking an IT Support Specialist to serve as the first line of support for internal hardware and software issues. You will handle ticketing, triage priorities, and resolve incidents within SLA while supporting new restaurant openings and onboarding of new hires.

Responsibilities include provisioning devices, managing inventories, applying Intune/MDM policies, and maintaining IT documentation.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of IT support or related role.
• Working knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and network fundamentals.
• Experience with device management: provisioning, MDM (Intune preferred), and lifecycle management.
• Strong troubleshooting and ability to explain issues to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-line technical support for internal hardware and software via ticketing.
• Triage, prioritize, and resolve tickets within SLA; provide proactive status updates.
• Assist with tech setup for new hires and system deployments.
• Maintain device inventory, licenses, and IT documentation.
