AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Store/Restaurant IT Support professional for a contract opportunity in Cerritos, CA. You will provide Level 2/3 support across 26 restaurant locations and 3 brands, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and POS systems to keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll work in a fast-paced food and beverage environment with exposure to POS, KDS, payment tech, networking, and multi-location IT operations.

Formación

• 3+ years of IT systems support, field support, help desk, desktop support, or similar technical experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Level 2/3 technical issues in a business or multi-location environment.
• Hands-on experience with hardware, cabling, peripherals, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support restaurant users, managers, corporate staff, and vendors.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally between locations.
• Comfortable working in active restaurant and kitchen environments.
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in time-sensitive situations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2/3 technical support for POS systems, KDS, payment terminals, computers, printers, networking equipment, and related restaurant technology.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, connectivity, network, and system issues remotely and onsite as needed.
• Install, maintain, upgrade, repair, and replace store-level IT equipment, including hardware, cabling, and peripherals.
• Support new store openings, remodels, technology upgrades, system rollouts, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with restaurant managers, corporate IT teams, and technology vendors to resolve issues and minimize operational downtime.
• Track tickets, document resolutions, maintain hardware inventory, and identify recurring technical problems.
