Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Windows, Mac or Linux support.

• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Allocate, maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment in Operations facilities.
• Handle support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assist in training new hires and continuous learning of new technologies.
• Support customers from multiple buildings and remote sites.
• Move up to 49 lbs and stand/walk 10–12 hours per shift.
