Job summary

Amazon's Ops Tech Solutions (OTS) is hiring an IT Support Associate II to support the operations team across multiple technical disciplines within an Amazon Operations facility in San Diego. You will troubleshoot IT equipment, handle support requests, and assist in training new hires while staying current with new technologies.

This role requires 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux support, strong customer service in a dynamic environment, and the physical ability to lift up to 49 lbs and work

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux OS support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting integrated computer systems in a dynamic environment.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Allocation, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities
• Handles support requests and procedures across the network
• Assist in training new hires
• Continuous learning of new technologies
• Ability to support customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers
• Ability to move up to 49lbs and stand 10-12 hours per shift
