Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in computer science or related field.
• 1–2 years PC hardware/software support experience in a professional setting.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows OS, troubleshooting and TCP/IP.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, OneDrive).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide problem solving, crisis intervention and issue resolutions for information systems.
• Define new methods and procedures to enhance information systems quality.
• Install, configure, support and maintain computers, thin clients, printers and related equipment.
• Assist end users with problems and ensure timely resolutions.
• Support IS policies and procedures and provide training to center employees.
• Use Service Desk software to document, track, resolve and follow up on problems.
• Document changes to keep inventory database up to date and maintain security standards.
• Participate in training and professional development activities.
• Contribute to special projects as assigned and perform other duties as needed.
