You will perform maintenance, remote support, and monitoring of networks, servers, and security devices, while documenting procedures and contributing to internal processes.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in IT service roles or systems administration.
• Strong customer-focused troubleshooting approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform proactive maintenance: upgrades and patches on servers, switches, and firewalls.
• Remote support for workstations, network devices, servers, and storage.
• Monitor networks and security appliances; respond to client communications promptly.
• Collaborate with field engineers and document internal processes.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and travel to customer sites as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer infrastructure and remote support instructions.
• Adhere to policies and procedures and contribute to continuous improvement.
