Job summary

You will troubleshoot, deploy devices, manage inventories, and respond to service requests with a focus on customer service and clear communication. This contract-to-hire position is onsite in South Bend.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support through phone, email, ticketing systems, and in-person interactions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and communication-related issues.
• Receive, track, and process service requests and incident reports.
• Support computer setup, deployment, configuration, and refresh activities.
• Assist with asset tracking and inventory management of technology equipment.
• Coordinate device ordering, installation, and maintenance activities.
• Deliver technical support for employees and business units across the organization.
• Escalate complex issues when appropriate and document resolutions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely service.
