Job summary

Solution Builders, Inc. is seeking a Support Specialist to handle IT support requests for workstations, servers, printers, networks, cloud apps, and security solutions.

The role emphasizes customer service and timely incident resolution from our Bloomington, MN office and on client sites. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of Desktop Support or Helpdesk experience, a high school diploma (BS/BA preferred), and familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin Centers, Active Directory, Windows

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional Desktop Support or IT Helpdesk/ServiceDesk experience.
• Support clients from the Bloomington, MN office and on client sites.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a BS/BA is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Centers (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) is a plus.
• Familiarity with managed IT services and networking is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service with professional and timely communication.
• Resolve service requests for Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365/Azure, printers, networking, and related hardware/software.
• Collaborate with vendor support and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system as they occur.
• Escalate issues within Solution Builders to ensure client satisfaction.
