Catholic Charities, Diocese of Trenton is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to support all aspects of the agency's computer and network connectivity, hardware, software and systems maintenance. Resolve computer issues via remote access or direct on-site support.

You will configure and maintain workstations, printers, network devices, and manage user accounts, data exchange between end-users and web-based applications, and assist the IT Manager with departmental duties.

• Respond to help desk requests and provide high level customer service and support.
• Assess and resolve computer-related issues, troubleshoot, and deliver solutions for hardware and software problems.
• Work with vendors' support teams to troubleshoot agency software needs.
• Monitor and manage the help desk ticket queue, log problems and resolutions.
• Set up and troubleshoot network printers, workstations, and internet access.
• Configure, install and maintain agency computers and related equipment.
• Maintain user access to agency networks and directories.
• Maintain data exchange between end-users and web-based applications.
• Create and manage user accounts and file access.
• Assist IT Manager with administrative duties.
