Responsibilities

Respond to help desk requests and provide high level customer service and support.
Assess and resolve computer-related issues; troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
Coordinate with vendor support for agency software needs and issues.
Monitor and manage the help desk ticket queue; log problems and resolutions.
Set up and troubleshoot network printers, workstations, and internet access.
Configure and maintain agency computers and related equipment; ensure network access.
Establish and maintain user accounts and access to agency networks and directories.
Maintain data connectivity between end-users and web-based applications.
Assist IT Manager with administrative duties in the IT department.
