Job summary

You will handle requests via in-person, email, ticket, and phone, set up new hires, document procedures, and collaborate with IT leadership on ongoing projects. The role requires 5+ years of related IT support experience and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT support experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone.
• Ability to adapt to changing processes and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Knowledge of Windows OS and Office Suites.
• Understanding of information security principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide collegial, front-line support to in-house staff.
• Monitor and respond quickly to requests via in-person, email, ticket, and phone, addressing issues through to resolution.
• Set up new employees for work, providing instruction on IT tools and processes.
• Assist IT leadership on emerging projects and collaborate across the organization to troubleshoot.
• Write and update technical documentation as needed.
• Ensure that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats.
• Track issues, research best practices, and make recommendations to improve systems and operations.
