Job summary

IntegraONE is seeking a Tier 1 Deskside Support technician to serve as the first line of contact for end users requiring technical assistance in Millville, New Jersey. The role involves diagnosing basic hardware, software, and mobility issues, guiding users, and documenting activities while escalating complex problems to higher tiers.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, and strong communication skills, with on-site work Monday through Friday

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in IT.
• Experience with Windows server environments and basic IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance by phone or in person.
• Use diagnostic techniques to identify hardware, software, account, connectivity, and mobile device issues.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Tier 2/3 with proper documentation.
• Document incidents, requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Provide clear, user-focused instructions and follow up to ensure resolution.
