WinChoice is seeking a Mid-Level IT Support Technician to serve as the frontline resource for technical assistance across the organization. This role emphasizes helping users, resolving issues, and contributing to IT improvements.

The ideal candidate combines technical know-how with Customer Service and strong communication, able to triage tickets, support Windows and Apple environments, and collaborate with the IT team on initiatives while documenting solutions for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing hardware and software issues.
• Comfort supporting Windows and Apple environments.
• Strong communication for non-technical users.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage tickets.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support for hardware, software, and user-related technology issues across the organization
• Respond to and triage incoming IT support tickets, diagnosing and resolving common hardware and software problems
• Assist employees, field representatives, and technicians with technical questions and troubleshooting needs
• Perform basic user administration tasks on supported platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra
• Collaborate with the IT team on system maintenance, project implementation, and technology initiatives
• Document support issues, resolutions, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
• Support the IT department in other technical duties and special projects as assigned
