Job summary

DCCCA seeks an Information Technology Specialist to deliver comprehensive computer support across offices and personnel in Wichita, KS. The role covers desktop and network support, Microsoft 365 services, and user account management, with emphasis on security best practices.

You will assist with onboarding/offboarding, device deployment, and documentation, while ensuring timely help-desk responses and collaboration with vendors and service providers.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-user tech support and incident resolution.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and admin tasks.
• Familiarity with account provisioning, MFA, and access control processes.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and AV equipment.
• Support network gear, wireless, internet, and telecom systems.
• Create/modify user accounts and access permissions.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Assist with password resets, MFA, and connectivity issues.
• Respond to help desk requests promptly and professionally.
• Aid onboarding/offboarding activities and device deployments.
• Document incidents, solutions, and procedures for compliance.
