Job summary

ICM Ventures Inc is seeking a hands-on IT support specialist based at the Colwich, Kansas headquarters. The role involves extensive end-user interaction, hardware/software troubleshooting, and de-escalating issues with a friendly demeanor.

You will work with Windows, Microsoft 365, AV systems, printers, and mobile devices, maintaining documentation and contributing to IT projects. On-call may be required; travel minimal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree in related field preferred.
• Experience supporting desktops at an organization of 100+ employees required.
• Knowledge of basic computer hardware, switches, routers and wireless.
• Microsoft Windows client operating systems and related admin tools experience required.
• MS Office and Outlook experience required.
• Networking, VPN, TCP/IP and general networking concepts preferred.
• Management and support of cellular services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve support requests via office visit, telephone, or e-mail promptly and courteously.
• Support end-users with hardware, Windows, 365 apps, AV conference tech, printers and mobile devices.
• Identify trends and coordinate with IT for escalation of complex issues.
• Maintain recurring hardware/software maintenance and records of actions taken.
• Complete end-user install/move/add/change requests in line with licensing.
• Provide end-user support for company badging system.
• Coordinate with cellular carriers for mobility services and devices.
• Oversee IT projects with business leaders and monitor inventory levels.
