Strong Windows and M365 experience is required, with a proactive approach to improving user experience. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring system reliability, and supporting upgrades and patches.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT professional with strong troubleshooting in end-user environments.
• Experience supporting Windows clients and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications including ERP, CAD, and productivity tools.
• Manage and support client systems across multiple locations within a WAN environment.
