Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field or equivalent IT experience.
• 3–5 years of IT support or related technical experience.
• Experience supporting Windows, M365, Intune, Active Directory/Directory Services, Cisco networking, and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve Help Desk tickets in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, VoIP phones, mobile devices, and other endpoint hardware.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues and escalate when needed.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access following security practices.
• Support Windows 10/11, M365, Intune, Directory Services, Cisco networking, and mobile tech.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions accurately.
• Coordinate upgrades, deployments, and system improvements.
• Partner with IT teams to resolve incidents and support initiatives.
• Assist with security issues and maintain enterprise data integrity.
• Handle additional IT duties and special projects.
