Wells Concrete is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide day‑to‑day technical assistance for end‑users across our Hillsboro, TX operations. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, install and maintain ERP/CAD and productivity tools, and support client systems across WAN environments.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years of relevant experience with a degree or 4+ years without, strong Windows deployment skills, and familiarity with O365/OneDrive/Teams.
The IT Support Specialist provides technical support and maintenance for end-user computing systems, ensuring reliable and efficient day-to-day operations. This role focuses on troubleshooting issues, supporting software and hardware, and maintaining secure and optimized IT environments. The position plays a key role in enabling employees to effectively use technology across the organization.
Salary range $50,000-$65,000/Salary. Based on experience.
