Job summary

Bakerly is seeking an IT Administrator to provide end-user support and handle account management. The role focuses on L1/L2 helpdesk tasks, device lifecycle, and software asset tracking to keep employees productive.

You will manage user accounts in Active Directory and Azure AD, configure Microsoft 365 services, and collaborate with the Sr. IT team for escalation. The position is onsite in San Antonio, TX, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Certifications preferred: CompTIA A+, MTA, or MOS.
• 1–3 years of IT support or helpdesk experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain user accounts via Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Manage access control and security group assignments and mailboxes in Microsoft 365.
• Handle L1/L2 tickets and troubleshoot hardware/software issues, remotely or in person.
• Assist with IT contracts, vendor relationships, and office IT needs.
