Job summary

Bakerly, a family-owned bakery brand, is seeking a entry-level Help Desk Technician in San Antonio, TX. This role provides Level 1 support for staff and plant floor users, handling password resets, account management, and basic Microsoft 365 assistance to keep operations running smoothly.

You will work onsite, collaborating with IT to resolve hardware/software issues, document workflows, and assist with Sage price list updates as part of IT operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or IT coursework preferred.
• 0–2 years in a help desk, technical support, or customer service role (internships included).
• Basic exposure to Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Level 1 helpdesk tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues in person or remotely.
• Unlock accounts and reset passwords in Active Directory.
• Update user accounts in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center (password resets, group membership).
• Provide basic support for Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Escalate issues beyond Level 1 with clear documentation to IT staff.
• Use Freshdesk to log, track, and complete IT tasks.
