Job summary

Bakerly is seeking an entry-level Help Desk Technician to provide frontline Level 1 support for employees and plant staff in San Antonio, TX. The role covers help desk tickets, SafetyChain issues, and Sage price list updates under change-control processes.

As part of Bakerly's IT team, you will help maintain productivity, uphold core values, and support office and plant floor operations with timely, friendly service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 0–2 years in help desk, technical support or customer service.
• Basic exposure to Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Level 1 helpdesk tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Unlock accounts and reset passwords in Active Directory.
• Update user accounts in Microsoft 365 Admin Center (password resets, adding users to groups).
• Provide basic support for Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Escalate issues beyond Level 1 scope with clear documentation.
• Log, track, and complete IT tasks in Freshdesk.
