Job summary

Our client in Austin, TX seeks an IT Support Analyst to deliver hands-on end-user support for laptops, desktops, and applications. The role covers Windows and macOS environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPN, and basic endpoint management.

You will handle ticketing, triage conference-room issues, and escalate complex problems with documented resolutions. This contract position emphasizes customer service and technical troubleshooting in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on IT/Desktop Support experience.
Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting experience.
Experience supporting Mac/macOS.
Working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
Experience with IT ticketing systems.
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 desktop/end-user support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Support Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.
Image, provision, deploy, and troubleshoot laptops and workstations.
Support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPN, and user accounts.
Work with endpoint management tools such as SCCM, Intune, and Jamf.
Manage tickets using ServiceNow or another IT ticketing platform.
Provide basic Zoom/Teams and conference-room issue triage.
Escalate complex issues and document resolutions.
