Bakerly in Miami, FL is seeking an IT Administrator to maintain our end-user technology environment. This entry‑to‑mid level role focuses on L1/L2 helpdesk support, user account administration, device lifecycle management, and software asset tracking.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Certifications preferred: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA), or Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS).
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain user accounts via Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Handle Level 1 and Level 2 helpdesk tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Deploy and configure end-user equipment including desktops, laptops, monitors, keyboards, mice, scanners, phones.
• Configure and troubleshoot VoIP phones.
• Assist management with IT-based contracts with outside vendors.
