You will manage user accounts in Active Directory and Azure AD, handle hardware provisioning, software licensing, and basic VoIP setups, while escalating complex issues to senior team members.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Active Directory.
• Experience configuring end-user hardware and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Handle Level 1 and Level 2 helpdesk tickets and remote support.
• Manage user accounts and access in Active Directory and Azure AD.
