Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• CompTIA A+, MTA, or MOS certifications are a plus.
• 1–3 years of IT support or helpdesk experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain user accounts via AD/Azure AD.
• Manage access control and security groups.
• Set up mailboxes and security settings in Microsoft 365.
• Deploy and manage base OS images for desktops/laptops.
• Handle L1/L2 helpdesk tickets and remote support.
• Track IT assets and manage software licenses.
