Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking an IT Support Specialist in McLean, VA, on customer site, with a TS/SCI clearance. You will join a team supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and operations, providing frontline IT support across desktop, network and application layers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Proven ability to support desktop hardware, software, peripherals and network infrastructure.
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer interactions and issue resolution.
• Experience with managing or supporting large office environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT end-user support in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Assist with account management, network infrastructure, and telecommunications.
• Explain complex technical information clearly to non-technical customers.
