Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking an IT Support Specialist to assist mission systems. You will deliver Tier 1/2 support, perform remote desktop troubleshooting, and deploy hardware and software in a security-conscious environment.

The role requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and a location on client site in Tysons, VA. Expect collaboration across teams, a 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule, and opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related IT support experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for mission systems and networks.
• Resolve IT issues via remote desktop and on-site support when needed.
• Deploy and test hardware and software; support VTC (Teams/WebEx/Skype).
• Collaborate with teams across orgs to meet security and mission needs.
