General Dynamics Information Technology seeks an Information Technology Support Specialist to provide technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware. You will respond to queries in person or by phone and help ensure systems run smoothly across sites.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, Security+ within 6 months, and TS/SCI w/Poly clearance before start; on-site work in Annapolis Junction, MD, and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

3+ years of related experience.
Security+ certificate is required within 6 months of start date.
US Citizenship required.
Security Clearance TS/SCI w/Poly required before start date.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and systems hardware/software.
Coach and guide less-experienced professionals as needed.
Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems and propose solutions.
Provide remote support through desktop mirroring and other remote access tools.
Identify, investigate, resolve and follow up on issues reported to the helpdesk.
