Job summary

Levata is seeking an IT Administrator to support desktops, servers, networks, and communications. You will deploy software, maintain images, manage Active Directory and Exchange users, and train staff on systems. Strong Windows, AD/Exchange, and VOIP/DNS skills are required.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinate upgrades, maintain ticketing workflows, and ensure PCI guidelines are followed. A+ or equivalent certifications bolster candidacy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT experience required.
• Experience with VOIP systems (Fuze preferred) and CRM/ERP (Netsuite preferred).
• Experience with automated software deployment and virtualization tech.
• Proficient with Windows Desktop/Server OS, AD, O365 Exchange/Azure AD, DNS/DHCP, and ticketing software (Zoho).
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent.
• Strong problem analysis and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist personnel with PCs, servers, networks, printers, software, and phones.
• Package, test, deploy, update, and troubleshoot software; create and maintain desktop images.
• Perform routine network/PC installations and troubleshoot related problems.
• Setup new users; remove/disable access for departing employees.
• Manage Active Directory and Exchange users/groups; maintain phone system users and call flow.
• Document processes and procedures; coordinate desktop upgrades.
• Maintain ticketing system and escalate where needed.
• Train personnel on systems and tools; ensure PCI compliance.
