Job summary

Levata is seeking an IT Support Specialist to assist personnel with PCs, servers, networks, printers, and phones, while deploying and troubleshooting software and maintaining desktop images. You will manage user accounts, upgrade equipment, and ensure PCI compliance across systems, partnering with a team to deliver reliable IT services.

The role emphasizes independent work and collaboration, strong communication, and a focus on process documentation and efficient issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT experience required.
• Experience with VOIP, CRM/ERP, and automated software deployment preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to plan and organize work.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist personnel with PCs, servers, networks, printers, software, and phones.
• Package, test, deploy, update, and troubleshoot software.
• Create and maintain desktop images.
• Setup new users in our systems and manage access for departures.
• Maintain Active Directory and Exchange users and groups.
• Maintain ticketing system and prioritize tasks.
• Coordinate desktop equipment and software upgrades.
• Train personnel on system usage and PCI compliance guidelines.
