LEV MONITORING SOLUTIONS INC is seeking an IT Admin to maintain our IT infrastructure and support our monitoring solutions. The role focuses on keeping servers, networks, and software running smoothly while enforcing security and data integrity.

The candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist in hardware setups, monitor system performance, and document IT processes for staff training. Relevant certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of IT administration or support experience.
• Knowledge of networks, firewalls, and security measures.
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication skills; certifications are a plus.
