Job summary

DLH Corporation is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver high-quality technical support to end users, including VIP and executive personnel. This role provides hands‑on and remote support for desktop and mobile computing environments, ensuring the secure configuration, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment and software.

You will be a key contact for resolving issues, manage service requests through a ticketing system, and support IT initiatives and projects across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 1 year of technical support experience, or Associate's degree with 3 years, or HS diploma with 5 years.
Experience with desktop and laptop computers; Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux (Ubuntu preferred).
Technical support experience in Microsoft suite and ServiceNow for incident, problem, and request fulfillment.

Responsibilities

Configuring, installing, and supporting desktops, laptops, handheld devices, printers, monitors, and other peripherals; VIP desktop and user support.
Configuring devices for secure operation, including security software and updates.
Ability to lead/track special projects and manage IT tickets through a ticketing system to resolution.
