Job summary

Global Channel Managementinc is seeking a Technical Support Rep in Tempe, AZ to deliver in-person, phone, and email support with a focus on customer service. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues and assist users across our IT environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science and have at least 3 years of IT/Desktop Support experience. You should be familiar with networking, protocols, and remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS required.
• 3 years’ work experience as an IT/Desktop Support Technician.
• Familiarity with networking systems and protocols.
• Knowledge of remote desktop support tools such as TeamViewer.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate.
• Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Perform user administration duties.
