Pali Mountain in Running Springs, CA is seeking an IT Support professional to assist the IT department with maintaining network infrastructure, public WIFI, and staff computer systems.

You will also manage the phone system, support audio/video setups, and oversee procurement and disposal of equipment on a large campus. The role requires professional conduct, independent work, and teamwork on site.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT customer service.
• Experience working on a large campus (preferred).
• Educating staff on new processes when necessary.
• Willingness to work with staff to resolve computer issues.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and repair network infrastructure.
• Maintain public WIFI.
• Remotely manage software on staff computers.
• Purchase new equipment when necessary and properly dispose of old equipment.
• Maintain our phone system and assist with audio/video setup and continual maintenance.
• Provide technical support across the campus (in person or over the phone).
• Set up accounts for new users.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
• Testing new technology.
• Exhibits sound and accurate judgment.
• Uses time efficiently; works quickly and productively.
• Behaves professionally under pressure; treats others with respect.
