Qualifications

• Completion of college level course work in MIS/CS/Network Engineering or closely related field equivalent to an associate degree.
• One year of IT experience, preferably in network and information system administration and desktop support and maintenance.
• OR any equivalent combination of education and experience as determined by the Court Executive Officer.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Help Desk calls from court personnel under general supervision.
• Assist personnel remotely or at desks with computer, phone, and file tracking issues.
• Install and connect networking devices and voice/telephone devices.
• Monitor data networks for performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain switches/routers and document configurations and inventories.
• Support and maintain email, website software, desktops, and server hardware/software.
