Pali Mountain is seeking an IT Support member to assist on our campus in Running Springs, CA. The role centers on keeping the network and public Wi‑Fi running smoothly and supporting staff with computers and devices.

You will monitor and repair networks, remotely manage software, assist with equipment purchases, dispose of old gear, and help with audio/video setups and the phone system, ensuring reliable IT service for all staff.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong IT customer service and ability to work independently.
• Experience maintaining campus IT networks and public Wi‑Fi.
• Ability to install and configure hardware, software and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and repair network infrastructure.
