Job summary

Syntagma Group is seeking an IT Support professional to deliver high-level technical assistance for firm hardware and software, primarily through phone, e-mail, and remote support. You will document incidents, perform advanced troubleshooting, and collaborate with the Technology team to resolve issues efficiently.

Expect ongoing learning of new technologies, daily AV/VC coordination, and occasional travel to remote offices.

Qualifications

• One-two years of general IT support experience in a professional services environment.
• High level of client service and effective communication with all levels of staff.
• Ability to adapt to changing technology within a professional services organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support for firm hardware and software.
• Maintain and track support issues in an incident management system.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and research of incidents and problems.
• Collaborate with the Technology team to ensure optimal service resolutions.
• Monitor AV/VC requests and set up hardware and conference room equipment.
• Ensure office conference rooms are maintained and updated.
• Stay current on emerging AV/VC technologies and applications.
• Assist with after-hours client service delivery and system maintenance.
• Communicate clearly via phone and email to staff and clients.
• Some travel to remote offices may be required.
