Job summary

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP is seeking a Senior Office Technology Support Analyst to provide comprehensive IT service for the New York office. The role demands on-site presence five days per week with front-line and VIP user support across hardware, software, AV, and telephony systems.

You will collaborate with global IT teams, maintain accurate service records, and participate in knowledge base creation and events. A Bachelor's degree and relevant IT certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and technical certifications in lieu of a college degree.
• CompTIA A+, Network+ certifications preferred.
• 4-5 years of direct IT support experience; 4-5 years+ configuring, installing and maintaining PC operating systems and related hardware.
• Experience with telecom systems and A/V equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication; discreet handling of confidential information.
• Professional services environment experience preferred; regional office experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive IT support to end-users in the New York office, including hardware, software, network, AV and telephony issues.
• Maintain high-level white-glove service for all end-users, including VIPs.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and reports for IT leadership.
• Coordinate installs, moves, imaging and upgrades of equipment; manage inventories.
