All Lines Technology Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical assistance and ensure reliable computing operations. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, support AV systems, and train users as needed.

The role emphasizes strong problem-solving, clear communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Windows AD, Office 365, and conferencing tools is preferred.

Formación

• Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role.
• Strong technical background with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Respond to user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems.
• Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
• Oversee the daily performance of computer systems.
• Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
• Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems.
• Refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for service.
• Develop training materials and procedures, or train users in the proper use of hardware or software.
• Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities.
• Provide support for audio visual technology, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AV equipment for meetings, presentations, and events.
• Work with AV technologies such as AirMedia, video conferencing systems (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams), sound systems, and interactive whiteboards.
• Perform basic system administration tasks, including user account management, permissions, and group policies.
• Perform basic network administration tasks, including configuring and troubleshooting network devices, managing IP addresses, and ensuring network security.
