Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field, or equivalent.
• 2+ years IT support experience with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS and common office applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and remote desktop tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• IT certifications (A+, Network+, Azure Fundamentals) a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical assistance and support to Meridian Ridge Partners' employees, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based services.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining security measures to protect IT systems and data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, and support tickets, and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay up-to-date with latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend improvements to IT infrastructure.
