Job summary

CloudHire in Atlanta is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software and hardware. The role requires clear communication with clients and collaboration with teammates to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Responsibilities include installing, configuring and maintaining desktops and peripherals; monitoring system performance; training users on proper technology use; and delivering timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other common business applications.
• Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical information in simple terms.
• Experience with remote desktop support tools.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities
