This role involves providing tier-2 technical support for building monitoring and control systems, assisting with IT hardware installation, and coordinating project implementations. Qualifications

• Prior experience in tier-2 IT support (remote and on-site).
• Hands-on experience with physical hardware, including installation of network components.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS protocols.
• Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-2 technical support for building monitoring and control systems.
• Assist in the physical installation and troubleshooting of IT devices.
• Act as IT liaison for vendors and property managers.
• Coordinate BMC integration/implementation projects.
• Survey BMC systems and network infrastructure at various buildings.
