You will collaborate across infrastructure, cloud, databases, cybersecurity, and platform teams to improve response, recovery, and learning from disruptions. The role focuses on translating complex tech information into actionable insights for engineering and leadership, producing recovery reports, and driving remediation after incidents.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting infrastructure, cloud operations, disaster recovery, backup and recovery, or application support.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to understand technical conversations independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with SNOW BCM Module and creating dashboards in ServiceNow is a plus.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and changing demands.

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and infrastructure sector, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Analyst to join their team. As a Technical Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Technology Resilience program, collaborating with infrastructure, cloud, application, database, cybersecurity, and platform teams. Pay Range: $45 hourly on w2
