Meadow Crest, a growing healthcare company in Kansas City, MO, is hiring a full-time IT Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. This role involves providing technical assistance and support to employees, ensuring smooth operations and resolving IT-related issues.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will assist employees with hardware, software, and network issues, and help maintain our IT infrastructure. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, and provide training and guidance to users. Your day-to-day work will include monitoring system performance, installing and configuring software, and ensuring data security and backup.

The IT Support Specialist will work in a collaborative environment with other IT team members in Kansas City, MO. You will be part of a team that values teamwork, communication, and continuous learning.
