Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide technical and administrative support for application software and hardware deployed throughout the facility.
Troubleshoot and support end-users; assist CIO with installing and maintaining IT infrastructure.
Create and manage user accounts, security configurations, and access controls.
Develop and maintain Disaster Recovery and Backup Plans for network continuity and data protection.
Lead IT projects and report progress to the CIO.
Coordinate meetings and webinars; support IT-related training activities.
