Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to the team, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including computers, servers, and network equipment.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential issues.
• Assist with deployment and management of cloud-based solutions.
• Train and support end-users, ensuring they can effectively use IT systems.
• Stay up-to-date with IT trends and recommend improvements.
